Ed Lee serves full-time as Mosaic's lead pastor. He is a graduate from Dallas Theological Seminary with a Masters of Theology degree and was ordained to pastoral ministry in 1990. He is currently writing his dissertation to receive a Doctorate of Ministry degree. He has been in pastoral ministry for over 20 years. He and his wife Alice have been married for 24 years and have two children; Melissa (19) and Matthew (17).

Melissa Lee serves part-time as Mosaic's youth intern. She is currently a student at Univeristy of Houston and majoring in psychology. She loves the Lord and has a passion for helping others know and love Him too. She has been on missions trips to Jamaica, Botswana, and Mexico and has coordinated and led a mission trip to Jamaica. She has felt God's call for full-time Christian ministry and is planning to attend Northpark Theological Seminary in Chicago to be better equipped for ministry.

Betty Hall serves part-time as Mosaic's women's ministry director. She is a graduate of Houston Community College and was a practicing nurse at Methodist Hospital and Guest Relations Administration for over 12 years. She has felt God's call to enter into full-time ministry and is taking classes at the College of Biblical Studies. She has three adult children: Anthony, Adryan, and Alex.

Jane Wagenaar serves part-time as Mosaic's children ministry coordinator. She is a trained nurse and loves working with children. She and her husband Lucas have been married for 23 years and together they have 2 daughters; Ashley (17) and Megan (16).
